In 60 minutes, food is frozen to a central temperature as low as -18°C and an input/output temperature range of +15°C/-18°C. Constructed to meet HACCP guidelines, this equipment guarantees food hygiene and safety.

The plate belt tunnel quick freezer offers efficient freezing of high-moisture, soft, and liquid foods, such as fresh meats, fish fillets, shrimps, scallops, flour products, and more. It boasts a remarkable freezing capacity of up to 2000 kg/h, with a minimum of 100 kg/h.
