Quick Freezing Tunnel Freezer
This rectangular tunnel freezer is designed for fast freezing; cold air circulates within it, rapidly decreasing the temperature of any food passing through until it is solidly frozen.
This tunnel freezer has a straightforward design with rapid freezing speed capable of running continuously as part of a production line. In 60 minutes, food is frozen to a central temperature as low as -18°C and an input/output temperature range of +15°C/-18°C. Constructed to meet HACCP guidelines, this equipment guarantees food hygiene and safety.

- Manufactured with double-sided SUS304 insulated panels filled with polyurethane foam, to ensure excellent thermal retention. The maintenance doors are equipped with sealing and heating systems to prevent icing, ensuring operational efficiency
- Designed to freeze products quickly and minimize the formation of large ice crystals, this freezer preserves the quality of the products as close to their original state as possible
- The conveyor belt is made from SUS304 stainless steel, with a high-strength, stainless steel wire mesh, ensuring long-lasting durability and hygiene
- Made from industrial-grade aluminum alloy, the evaporator features tightly arranged aluminum tubes and fins, enhancing its heat exchange capabilities for superior freezing performance
