Quick Freezing Tunnel Freezer in Vietnam
A prominent Vietnamese seafood exporter needed to upgrade their production capacity. To do so, they incorporated a new freezing line from CBFI. They installed an impingement tunnel freezer, which measures 25 meters by 3.1 meters both in width and height. This addition significantly boosted their processing power.
The impingement tunnel freezer can rapidly chill up to 1500 kg of cooked shrimp every hour. This capability allowed the exporter to handle large volumes efficiently, ensuring that their seafood remains fresh and high-quality as it heads to markets around the world.
