Designed with a freezing capacity of 1,500 kg/h and a first-in, first-out linear flow design, it features a compact structure that optimizes space while delivering exceptional freezing performance.

Icesource’s market presence is again felt in Tijikistan as it successfully installed a unique double-spiral quick-freezing system in their slaughterhouse which can freeze 3000 kg of chicken in an hour while the temperature could be turned to a minimum degree as far as -18C in 12 minutes. The lowest temperature could reach a record of -40C.

Utilizes a 20-ton high-efficiency flake ice machine to rapidly produce ice, utilizing its large contact area to absorb heat quickly from the fish. This ensures rapid pre-cooling, inhibiting bacterial growth, and providing the first line of defense for food safety.
