Icesource’s market presence is again felt in Tijikistan as it successfully installed a unique double-spiral quick-freezing system in their slaughterhouse which can freeze 3000 kg of chicken in an hour while the temperature could be turned to a minimum degree as far as -18C in 12 minutes. The lowest temperature could reach a record of -40C.

The customer from Thailand purchased a double spiral quick freezer from our company, which was used together with their fish processing plant. Equipped with a Bitzer single-stage low temperature screw compressor, the quick freezer allows for a freezing capacity of 500kg/h, with infeed temperature of 15°C, and oufeed temperature of -18°C.

We have a history of providing large-scale projects for Southeast Asian enterprises in China. Phase one of the project comprised a quick-freezing warehouse, static pickling room, water chiller, and additional supporting equipment while the second phase featured a double-spiral quick-freezing warehouse, 600 sq. meters of cold storage, and a quick-freezing warehouse.
