Freezing Tunnel for Fish Fillets in Indonesia
Located in tropical regions, our client in Indonesia is a major seafood processing enterprise specializing in frozen fish fillet production. Their frozen products have reached the international market across Europe, Asia, and beyond. To meet the rising demand, our client chose a comprehensive freezer and preservation system, with the 750 kg/h freezing capacity as the core equipment to improve production capacity, ensuring consistent quality, and strengthening export competitiveness.
With the trust established from a previous purchase of a 30-ton capacity automatic block ice machine, the client once again selected CBFI to boost their production capacity. This time, we provided a high-efficiency, fully integrated freezing tunnel and preservation system designed for seafood processing, as follows:
- Designed with a flat surface and quick freezing to process fish fillets and maintain their freshness.
- The conveyor design ensures the fish fillets spread evenly and prevents overlap or deformation.
After freezing, the fish fillet’s central temperature can reach below -18℃, maintaining its quality and freshness for a long time.
- Used to preserve freshly processed fish fillets before freezing.
- Fresh fillets are thoroughly covered with flake ice before being evenly spread and fed into the tunnel freezer.
- The flake ice machine produces fine-textured, evenly distributed flake ice with high heat exchange efficiency, rapidly removing heat from the fish fillets to maintain freshness.
- Built for storing the flake ice, the cold storage is equipped with a constant temperature control system to maintain ice quality and prevent melting before use.
- The cold storage ensures a continuous ice supply during peak production periods to meet preservation demands.
- Produces high-density, slow-melting ice blocks that offer longer-lasting cooling, making them perfect for long-distance transport of freshly caught seafood and maintaining freshness throughout production.
