After an in-depth assessment of the client’s strawberry specifications and daily production requirements, CBFI designed a customized berry storage solution, focusing on a fluidized quick freezer with a capacity of 2,000 kg/h. This setup allows for rapid, individual quick-freezing of each berry, preserving its natural shape, vibrant color, and fresh flavor.

Cold storage system: Equipped with 4 high-efficiency refrigeration units and a 120 kg/m³ large capacity cold storage, designed to withstand frequent door openings while constantly keeping the low temperatures.
