To facilitate the even distribution of cold air throughout the storage, we installed the air guide channel. This carefully designed air duct system ensures that cold air reaches all parts of the ice storage, maintaining a consistent temperature for the best ice quality.

The rake teeth, a critical part of the ice removal process, were then installed. Attention to detail was paramount as the rake teeth need to be precisely positioned to seamlessly scoop and transport the ice without damaging the flakes.

The elevator was set up to efficiently move ice from the storage to the delivery area. The team made sure the elevator was installed securely and aligned correctly to facilitate smooth operations and prevent any operational hiccups.

With the cold storage fan installation, we aimed to ensure that the cold storage environment remained at the ideal temperature. The fan units were strategically placed to circulate air effectively, contributing to the longevity and quality of the stored ice.

The flake ice machine's rake system involves a mechanical structure that gathers, elevates, and stores the flake ice produced by the ice machine. During the installation process, the rake assembly is carefully hoisted into place within the ice storage bin. This system utilizes a series of interconnected rakes that are strategically positioned to ensure the even distribution and storage of flake ice. Once positioned, the rakes are secured and connected to the driving mechanism, completing the installation process.

Once all functional components were installed, we focused on the exterior presentation of the ice machine. We ensured that all panels and covers were securely in place, giving the machine a polished and professional appearance.

The final and most critical phase was the commissioning of the flake ice machine. Our engineers meticulously calibrated and tested every aspect of the flake ice machine to ensure optimal performance. This included configuring the control systems, testing the ice-producing capabilities, and fine-tuning the storage conditions.
