Features
- The integrated quick freezer is capable of freezing at temperatures down to -35°C. The reciprocating turnover mechanism helps achieve fine, uniform ice crystals. With the integrated quick freezer, the moisture content is better preserved compared to traditional freezer.
- The integrated modular design leaves no need for site construction, saving up to 40% of floor space (24 m2 installed area). On-site welding is not required for plug-and-play operation. The complete unit can be relocated easily, enabling flexible production line configuration.
- Intelligent control system supports one-touch start-up, automatic loading and unloading and automatic defrosting and is easy to operate.
- The integrated quick freezer adopts 120mm high-density polyurethane insulated panels, heavy-duty fins and German-brand Bitzer screw compressor, achieving minimal heat gain and efficient heat transfer. The integrated quick freezer delivers powerful, stable and continuous cooling with excellent energy efficiency, enabling reliable long-term operation.
- The integrated quick freezer is equipped with 304 stainless steel mesh belt (plastic mesh belt optional) with quick-change design and automatic defrosting, enabling easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Full-penetration welds with polished finish. All in compliance with ASME requirements.
- The electrical enclosure design protects sensitive components from dust. The IP55 rating indicates protection against water and dust.
